We currently deliver to France.

Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.
Average delivery times are 8 to 14 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on the parcel weight and destination.
Free shipping is offered on orders over €100.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos of the parcel. We will do our best to work with the carrier to find a solution.
