Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you and your companion are happy with your order. If not, here are our return conditions.

Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Condition of products
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused and in perfect condition,

  • be returned in its original packaging,

  • show no signs of wear, pet hair, stains, or damage.

Non-refundable products
Customized products, heavily used products, or damaged products cannot be refunded.

Return procedure
To request a return:

  • Contact us with your order number.

  • We will send you the return address and the steps to follow.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error (defective product or incorrect order).

Refund
Once the product has been returned and checked, we will issue the refund to the payment method used for the order.
Processing time is generally 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the parcel.
